Tyler's relationship with business and technology began at an age much earlier than most CEOs. His unique combination of talent and dedication, coupled with his passion for computers, resulted in the formation of his first (and enduring) company, CoolTronics, at the ripe age of fifteen. Although computer expertise is his core trade, Tyler attributes his success to the unwavering belief that, ultimately, customer satisfaction is the result of exceptional customer care. This notion is entrenched in every company Tyler has founded, and it is in this spirit that he introduced Tech Immersion.

Personal Experience:
Tyler, who lives 2500 miles away from his parents, had more than enough motivation to develop Tech Immersion from his family alone. Despite being so far from his parents, Tyler still wanted to enjoy the familiar benefits of living in the nest. Now that his parents have become comfortable with email and word processing, Mom can send Tyler jokes and cooking tips and Dad can keep him posted on the newest sports cars and motorcycles, all without needing to call him for tech support every five minutes.

Andy has successfully contributed to a variety of high tech communication programs covering a diverse spectrum of services and age groups. He brings this understanding to Tech Immersion, ensuring that our lessons are straightforward and the overall experience is enjoyable for our customers. Becoming comfortable with technology is similar to learning a new language, so he makes sure our program speaks to you in your native tongue.

Personal Experience:
An enthusiast of reading, writing, and the overall art of storytelling, Andy suspects his affinity for communication developed while spending time with his grandparents at an early age. Always entertained by their captivating tales and colorful accounts of history, he was inspired to teach them how to electronically "publish" and share these stories for the rest of the family using email and word processing. This has been such a rewarding experience that he hopes Tech Immersion will not only connect his elder family member's generation to the tech generation, but also connect the tech generation to them.
